"I have been a fan of The Cure for over a decade now and I was ecstatic when I heard they were releasing a new album. I was even more excited when I found out it was a compilation of remixed and previously unreleased tracks from their iconic album, Mixed Up.
Torn Down: Mixed Up Extras 2018 is a true gem for any Cure fan. The album features some of their greatest hits like 'Never Enough' and 'Fascination Street' but with a fresh and modern twist. The remixes are edgier and more experimental, taking these classic tracks to a whole new level.
One track that stood out to me was 'Just One Kiss,' which was remixed by Stephen Hague. The synths and drum patterns give the song a completely different vibe, making it almost unrecognizable from the original.
