Symphonien Nr. 7 & 8 are two of the most famous symphonies composed by the Austrian composer Anton Bruckner. The pieces were recorded by the Wiener Philharmoniker under the direction of conductor Karl Böhm.

Symphonie Nr. 7 was composed in 1881-1883 and was premiered in 1884 in Leipzig, Germany. It is known for its grandeur and emotional intensity, and is considered one of Bruckner's most popular works. Interestingly, the symphony was dedicated to Ludwig II, the King of Bavaria, who was a great admirer of Bruckner's music.
