Little Robbers
Sealed "Little Robbers" is the second studio album by the American new wave band The Motels, released in 1983. The album includes the hit single "Suddenly Last Summer," which reached No. 9 on the Billboard Hot 100, becoming one of the band's most successful songs. "Little Robbers" showcases the band's signature new wave sound, characterized by Martha Davis's distinctive vocals and the band’s blend of rock and synth-pop elements. The production of the album was handled by Val Garay, who had also produced their previous successful album "All Four One."

The album features a mix of moody ballads and upbeat tracks, reflecting the diverse musical style of The Motels. Songs like "Remember the Nights" and "Into the Heartland" display the band's ability to combine poetic lyrics with catchy melodies. Despite its commercial success, "Little Robbers" received mixed reviews from critics, some of whom praised its polished production while others felt it lacked the raw energy of their earlier work. Nevertheless, the album solidified The Motels' presence in the 1980s music scene and remains a notable entry in their discography.
