1973 White Label Promo Housed In A Gatefold Cover. Features The Delicious "Havana Bound" And The Boisterously Rocking "Rip Off Train." The album marked a departure from the group's earlier, blues-based sound and was influenced by the emerging hard rock and heavy metal genres. "Freeway Madness" received mixed reviews upon its release, with some critics praising the band's new direction and energy, while others criticized the album's lack of coherence and focus. The band would go on to release several more albums throughout the 1970s before going on hiatus in the early 1980s. They reunited in the 1990s and continued to tour and record until their final show in December 2018.
